Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your artwork, and if you don't, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Just return your artwork in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Return postage is at the cost of the buyer. Please email me at info@leahmariani.com to initiate a return. No returns for phone cases, so please select carefully.

 

Postage & Delivery

Free standard delivery within Australia. Artworks will be sent via registered post with either Australia Post or Pack and Send. Please get in touch with me for urgent deliveries or overseas postage options.

The safe delivery of your artwork is guaranteed. All paintings are securely packed in a thick cardboard box. Works on papers and prints are sent in a cardboard envelope.

 

Payment Options

Shopify's secure payment processing platform is powered by Stripe. It accepts credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and more. I also accept bank transfers and instalments. Please email me on info@leahmariani.com if you would like to arrange instalment payments.

 

Signed by Artist 

All original paintings and limited-edition prints on paper are hand signed by the artist on the front and/or the back.

 

Viewing the Artwork 

My studio is in Surrey Hills, Victoria. If you are local, please contact me to organise a studio visit. Otherwise, join the INVITE ONLY list to find out when the next exhibition is near you.

 

Caring for Your Artworks

To care for art, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, extreme temperature changes, and excessive moisture. Regularly dust artwork with a soft brush or cloth, and handle with care to prevent damage. 

 

Gift Vouchers

Store gift vouchers can be used towards everything in the store, including commissions. Discount codes and sales promotions cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers or to reduce the price of a commissioned painting. Gift vouchers can be found here.

 

Free Gift Wrapping

Free gift wrapping is available for most artworks. Please contact me with details of your special request and I will accommodate you where possible.

 

Framing

Most prints will fit into a standard-sized frame. Some of my paintings come framed, whilst others do not. Please check the product description. If you are still unsure or need advice on framing, I am happy to help and can recommend framers in Australia.
